Scarlett Eden Keeling was a 15-year-old British tourist found dead on Anjuna beach in Goa, India on February 18th, 2008.
Background
Scarlett Eden Keeling was born on July 5th, 1992, in Stevenage Borough, Hertfordshire, England. Scarlett and her family later moved around Devon which is located on the southwest side of England.
Scarlett’s family home in Devon was described to be located past a very windy road. Scarlett and her siblings would go bareback riding on their horses to get supplies from the stores. The family was described to be “hippies” because of the way they chose to live.
Scarlett had 8 other siblings so there were 9 of them altogether. Scarlett was the third child to her mother Fiona and Fiona’s first boyfriend. He was a concrete contractor named Richard Keeling. Fiona’s next two children were with a trader named Chris Osborne. She had three more children with another trader named Paul Shrek. Paul and Fiona decided that they wanted to raise the children away from the temptations of modern life which is when they moved to North Devon.
